RAMESH K. PHIRODIA, Senior Partner
A veteran in his own right, Mr. Ramesh Phirodia, a fellow member of the ICAI, enjoys the privilege of being the firm's senior most partner. He brings to the firm, 44 years of professional experience, especially in areas connected with statutory & other audits and Income Tax Advisory functions.

DEVEN J. BAFNA, Managing Partner
A seasoned professional, Deven Bafna, senior & managing partner has a standing experience of more than three decades of professional practice. He leads the firms tax and regulatory domain and specializes in handling critical tax and transaction advisory, statutory audit and representation services. His vast knowledge, expertise and experience in these areas place the firm, as well as its clients, in good stead.

YASH BAFNA, Manager
A young professional with experience in working in various areas such as direct tax representation and advisory, transfer pricing and business and transaction advisory. He also specializes in tax advisory on International and cross-border transactions. He leads a professional team to provide efficient and customized services to the clients.

DARSHAN LADDHA, Manager
A dynamic professional specializing in statutory audit and related advisory in matters of transaction & taxation especially in various industries such as service sector and entertainment. He leads a team to provide to provide a wide bouquet of services.

POOJA PANCHAL, Manager
Pooja, a fellow member of the ICAI has over six years of experience in handling direct taxation regulatory and representation matters such as scrutiny assessments and appeals. She also has working experience in handling cases related to various manufacturing entities.

KARAN PAREKH, Executive - Indirect Taxation
